On The Beach

 An Alternate View
I had a conversation recently with an adopted person who was angry and
distressed that she had found out her conception was the result of a
passionate weekend on an isolated beach.
Her attitude changed when I helped her realise that things could have been
worse.
She could have been conceived in a marriage as a result of an oppressed
wife having to perform her "wifely duties" on a Saturday night with a
violent and drunken husband as she only dreamt about a faraway romantic
and isolated beach!
